Welcome to Piratesandals.com. As of June 1st, 2006, Kevin Bruce Brown: surfer, artist and legendary sandal maker has turned over all internet based operations to me, Steve Baker. Some of you might know me from my former website, Piratesforever.com. In the midst of lawsuits and threats of lawsuits, Kevin has decided that the internet is just too much to handle and that it was getting in the way of what is important in life: Family, surfing and making sandals.

Let me be clear for the lawyers: As of June 1st, 2006, I take full responsibility for the web site. Kevin no longer manages the content of this site - he now spends his day filling wholesale orders and shipping sandals purchased from this website. This site sells PIRATE BRAND MERCHANDISE and nothing else.

I would like to thank each and every one of you for sticking with us through all the misery of lawsuits, and for sharing all your stories with me about how you first learned about Pirates and how glad you were to find that Kevin Bruce Brown is still making his soft-foam sandals by hand - PIRATE BRAND SANDALS.
